Daniel Keatings named Northants Sports Personality of the Year

Daniel, 20, received the trophy at the county's sports awards ceremony on Thursday 4 November 2010.

Daniel claimed the first-ever gold medal by a British man at a major event, when he won on the pommel horse at the European Championships in April. He has been out of action with a knee injury since May but has appeared on BBC television as commentator for their coverage of the Rotterdam World Championships.
